Terms of Service

You must be at least 17 years old to use Punch. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your contact details up to date
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@joinpunch.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Punch only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the App to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with any part of the App's infrastructure
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App

You retain ownership of content you create on Punch, including plans, photos, and descriptions. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to other users or to the App.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our express written permission.

Punch integrates with third-party services including Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and calendar services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Punch, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

We aim to keep Punch available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of Punch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Punch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Punch, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed £100 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Punch will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at hello@joinpunch.co.uk to resolve any dispute informally.
